another fine trip to plateau, 8" new snow with some wind damage on ridgetops. higher elevation ridges wind eroded from northwest with widespread cornice formation and failure during saturday storm. skiing was excellant off ridgelines in more sheltered areas. skied north facing steeper terrain, pack is gaining strength with C12 failure Q3 on density differents down about 6". weather clear, clouds increasing from north as we left midday.
